  1. Clients - chose your supply chain carefully! The people in it will define the success or failure of your project.
  2. Integrity of team is the best guarantee of quality.
  3. Don't be a dickhead. Applies to everyone!
  4. Don't rely on old relationships alone to hold a project together.
  5. Understand the contract! Applies to everyone!
  6. Ensuring integrity requires effective leadership.
